All of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. This means that your item is created after your order is placed, helping us reduce waste and create unique products just for you.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Burnout Boutique Social Club is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Other circumstances outside of our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to update it. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:
